Prime Dentistry comprises eight dental practices: Allen Park Dentistry, Dixon Family Dental, Premier Birmingham Dentistry, Saad Oral Health & Beauty, Sterling Heights Dentistry, Village Dental, Warren Family Dentistry, and Premier Novi Dentistry. They’re a distinguished dental practice recognized for their commitment to comprehensive dental care. However, they were struggling in all aspects of digital marketing; SEO, PPC, and Social Media.
Since hiring NMG, Prime Dentistry has gone from five dental practices to eight, seen a major increase in online visibility, achieved many number one spots in Google Local Pack, grown brand awareness through social media, and gone from 75 patients to 250 patients monthly using PPC.

Local SEO played a crucial role in assisting Prime Dentistry by expanding and attracting new customers to their respective areas. Our goal was to enhance their visibility on Google and assist them in growing and sustaining their online presence. We helped them achieve this through citation management, review management, and website updates.
Our Local SEO team’s objective included creating a customized strategic plan to ensure each dental practice achieved optimal results on Google Local Pack. We optimized the Google listings and other popular search engines to ensure the businesses were accurately represented. We ensured that their NAP–name, address, phone number– was correctly displayed.
A business’s website must be optimized for local search results, so we linked the Google Maps listings to their corresponding website and integrated the practice’s location name into the content pages.
A Google Business Profile is a snapshot of your business and is often the first thing customers see when looking for a business on Google Search or Maps. A complete Google listing shows Google that you’re an active, relevant business.
Once each Google listing was claimed and verified through Google’s Business Profile platform, we were able to make the following updates:
Our team regularly managed each business Google listing to improve its online presence and maintain a good reputation with Google. We wrote monthly Google posts, which are short paragraphs highlighting their services and specials that link to the business website. Google also recommends interacting with customers through your Google Listing, so we respond to customer reviews and questions left on the listing.
Backlinks are essential for growing search visibility across the internet, helping you appear higher in search results. To optimize current backlinks and create new ones for Dr. Saad’s practices, we use SEO tools like Bright Local, SE Ranking, and Synup. These help us find the most relevant and top-rated search engines and directories.
We also reached out to specific organizations that the doctors at these practices were associated with to request backlinks from their sites. Through our research, we were able to find relevant dental sites and blogs to list the dental practice and their dentists.
Since becoming a client with us, we’ve helped Dr. Saad achieve multiple number one spots in the Google Local Pack. His sites also rank organically in the top 3 positions on Google Maps for multiple dental terms that are highly searched for. Previously, they were on the second page of results for terms like “dentist” and “cosmetic dentistry”, meaning they’ve increased over 10 spots since we began local SEO.
Due to the increase in visibility on Google Maps, our client achieved an average of 18% increase in calls, website visits, and direction requests compared to last year.
During the onboarding and website audit process for Prime Dentistry, the team realized that their websites had an inconsistent theme for each dental practice and didn’t correctly reflect the Prime Dentistry brand. Prime Dentistry was an SEO milestone for us, as we needed to reevaluate our SEO strategies.

Using a combination of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SE Ranking, we’re able to track specific keywords to see their growth improvement, analyze their spikes and dips in impressions, and manage online contact form fillouts. On average, each website sees around 18,000 impressions per month with 131 clicks. We also see that 50% of their tracked keywords are in the top 10 of SERPs.
To sustain their growth and continually improve their success, our SEO team writes new content every month that meets the E.E.A.T. expectations, creates Google Posts that correspond with the new content, runs website audits to ensure backend elements are running smoothly, and follows a specifically curated social media strategy.

We executed a highly effective PPC campaign for Prime Dentistry with a focus on emergency and general dentistry services. The campaign surpassed expectations, resulting in increased online visibility, a surge in emergency dental appointments, and a notable uptick in general dentistry inquiries. Prime Dentistry went from 75 patients to 250 patients monthly using our digital strategy.
Our PPC campaign utilized Google Ads, organized into ad groups targeting emergency dental services and general dentistry. We broke down each ad group into different symptoms and services Prime Dentistry offers. Ad creatives were tailored to highlight Prime Dentistry’s expertise in addressing immediate dental needs and promoting general oral health.
The target audience included local residents actively searching for emergency dental care and general dentistry services. Demographic and behavioral targeting ensured precise audience reach.
Comprehensive keyword research identified relevant terms related to emergency dentistry and general oral health, enabling the campaign to capture high-intent searches.
Engaging ad copies emphasizing immediate assistance for emergencies and promoting Prime Dentistry’s general dentistry services were crafted. Continuous A/B testing (testing of ad variations) refined ad creatives for optimal performance.
A strategic combination of manual and automated bidding strategies was employed, with regular adjustments based on performance data to maximize visibility within the specified budget.
A balanced budget allocation was maintained, with daily monitoring and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. We created the budget to be a competitive ad spend per practice.
Strategic use of ad extensions highlighting emergency and general dentistry offerings to optimize the campaign to its full potential and increase visibility and user engagement, including site links, callouts, image extensions, and more.

Minor challenges were addressed through continuous bid strategy adjustments to optimize performance. We saw several no-call no no-show appointments and were able to correlate which “Keywords” they came from. Over time our team was able to lower the conversion cost and increase the conversions for Prime Dentistry’s practices. This resulted in more appointments being booked for all of Prime Dentistry’s practices.
The problem for Prime Dentistry? Inadequate social media presence, limited online engagement, inconsistent posting, and untapped potential. The client needed help boosting brand awareness and establishing a social media presence for their dental practices.
